After a two year struggle with infertility and a miscarriage God blessed me with Mila, Samuel and Layah.

On this journey of waiting and loss I have learnt, failed, grown and gained but this was only the very beginning of a much greater story.  A story where my heart no longer belongs to me.  It sits in the lives of three little miracles needing to be nurtured.

This motherhood journey, together with my love for God, truth, wellness and all things creative is essentially what this blog is about.

I will not create the illusion of perfection here-  being a mother is new to me.  But I have made the choice to pick myself up when I fail and to fail forward, to grow and to do better.  Not only to make me better but because their future depends on it.

Psalm 127: 3

Children are a heritage from the Lord,
    offspring a reward from him.
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth.
Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.
